Greetings!
Well, we finally finished acquiring and outfitting the Airstream (named Matilda). Here's a picture of us in front of our house. Getting the Touareg equipped with both the tow package from Volkswagen, and a brake controller installed by our Airstream dealer, and the whole thing paid for by the Toyota dealer who sold the Touareg to us - was very difficult. If it weren't for the members of the online Airstream Forum, and the Touareg Forum, we never would have been able to manage it.
